Membership Renewal Letter

You should receive a letter from the Company within the next week detailing the renewal fees and methods and timing of payments for the 2013/2014 season. As already ‘leaked’ the fees for next season have been reduced for current members who renew their membership.

The content of the letter reads … ”

Following a challenging 2012/13 golfing season, renewal time is once again upon us, and we are aware that the recent wet weather would have had an impact on your ability to utilise your membership to its full potential. So for this reason we are planning a reduction in the Membership Fees for 2013/14, which will be as follows:


Membership Fees 2013/14

(incl VAT & General Club Levy)

Full Member (Ladies/Gents)


Veterans (Over 65)


Youth (18 – 25)


Junior (14 – under 18)


Junior (under 14 years)


Enclosed is a Membership Renewal Form, which we would ask you to return to the office before 31 March 2013. Anyone not renewing by this date will find their membership rights withdrawn. Please be aware that by signing the form you agree to the terms and conditions found on the reverse.  A copy will be included in your new membership pack which will be available to collect from the office from Tuesday 2nd April.

You can pay by cash, cheque, card, 3 post dated cheques, or by direct debit. Members who have previously paid using the direct debit scheme will need to sign a new terms and conditions form. Should you wish to join the scheme you will need to complete a few forms and provide some ID, further details and all forms are available from the office. To spread the payments over 12 months we need to have received all the necessary paperwork before 18th March 2013.”
