RIP Betty Bainbridge
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Bainbridge who was a proud Parklands member for many years. Betty was an active member of the Ladies Section, who only in the latter years, reverted to playing her competition golf over 9 holes. She was the life and soul of every party, even into her eighties, always willing to dance and encourage others to join in. She has made lasting impressions on so many members with her genuine warmth and vitality.
Funeral Arrangements == Friday 10th June at 12:30 at the Newcastle Crematorium on the West Road, then afterward at High Gosforth Park Golf Club for the Wake.
